Create and format Graphics for a Banner

I need the pictures and logo I upload to be put in the format so it can be uploaded to make a 36"x 88" retractable banner. I have the logo and pictures but need a background and to make it look professional for a firearms tradeshow. Our current style and graphics are on our website at topshotfs.com. I'm not sure of the exact formatting but I created a sample template called Banner Draft2.docx that can be used for a sample. The 36x92 files are from the printer I'm guessing to be used for the template.
