Create an excel document for owner payouts

We are a vacation rental management company. We are growing and expanding throughout SoCal. We send a statement to our owners at the end of each month, it details the revenue made on their property, taxes collected and any expense incurred throughout the month. It will also list their net income for the month. I created an excel file when we had our very first client. We haven't had the time to update it. It looks very amateur and I need it to look professional.
