Create 3-4 email templates for Salesforce
Budget: $750 – $1,200 AUD
We are seeking someone to design and code four (4) email templates to be sent out via Salesforce to our clients. We don’t currently use Salesforce Account Engagement or Pardot, just the standard Sales and Service Cloud.
Our client base is made up of investors and developers across Australia. We also work with lenders (banks, non-bank lenders, private institutions) as well as partners such as accountants, real estate agents, and lawyers and communicate.
Our eDMs have three main aims/goals:
-To be informative: provide info on finance products or current trends/market insights.
-Sales: to solicit/encourage more business.
-To provide a business update.
The templates will need to consider the following:
-Be mobile responsive
-Work across different email client software, particularly Outlook, Gmail
-Use merge tags
-Have editable sections (key sections outline below)
-Follow our style guide
-Have a clean, professional design with all four templates speaking to each other/working in a series.
These are the main components of our emails. If shortlisted, we can send through some examples.
-Eye-catching header image (changeable if possible)
-Body of text
-Links/buttons to webpages
-Transaction spotlights (summaries on our deals that include an image, header, bullet point info and a small blurb).
Ideal candidate requirements:

-Be fluent in HTML and CSS
-Experience testing and coding templates for all screen sizes and email clients
