Create an editable template I can sell on Etsy

I have two PDFs attached that I would like to be made into modern/sophisticated templates on Canva. These templates I would like to not be branded, but look nice and can be sold to other agents needing templates to edit themselves/add their own verbiage and branding. I would like the template to be made to where I can sell it as is, but also have the ability to sell it and it be edited. For example, if someone wanted to buy the template and not edit it, they can use it as it is. BUT, if they wanted to edit it in whatever way they see fit, I'd like that to be an option on Canva without disrupting my original template. I'd like the template link to be sold on Etsy and be downloadable for anyone purchasing to use automatically, or download and edit. Please let me know if you have any questions.
