Create an editable product flyer template

Hello there!
We are a bathroom furniture retailer and we need someone to design a product flyer for our business, similar to a home depot product flyer, but with our GOLDEN ELITE branding colors and logos.
The flyer should be complete with 10 products from our website, which should be interchangeable in the future (product links will be below).
The final product should be delivered in .psd format.
