Create editable form (Word Format) -- 2
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
I am looking for a freelancer who can create an editable form / document in Microsoft Word format. I will provide a scanned doc that I would like reproduced into word. The document has 2 pages being:
- page 1 certification for completion of building work including fields and check boxes
Page 2: grid which I can sketch a property outline on and some check boxes etc
The form needs to be in Microsoft word so I can edit / add responses to the fields as well as adding business logos at a later time
Must be a professional looking document, correctly formatted and not just a re-type in word.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word to create editable forms
- Experience in designing and formatting forms
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate and user-friendly forms
