Create an eBook

I would like the attached turned into an eBook to be used as a lead magnet. The book is on recruiting and attracting talent and needs to appeal to trade business owners. something catchy that will grab attention. i want some images and design done to make the E Book attractive and easy to read. The text can be edited slightly if required or Dot points added if it makes it easy to consume. Looking for someone easy to work with for future engagements as i also have other lead magnets to create TIA
