Create a design for potato chips bag

I need a graphic designer to do the following for me:
- a potato chips bag that is little similar to the attached one.. but with a different logo..
- i will tell you the colors, and the instructions to follow.
- a small change depending on the flavor (5 flavors).
- Use Adobe Illustrator
- I NEED HIGH QUALITY DESIGNERS
- NOT MORE THAN 50$
