Create a design for a medal on a plate

The project is about creating a design for a sports medal. We will provide to the freelancer a map over the country and the designer will put in places we show were to put a "sign" provided by us. The designer shall design the "routes" / cities were the event is (5 places) in order for the participants to see the "routes" for the event.
