Create me a design for my graduation hat

I am able to graduate from my radiology program and im trying to get away from the basic radiology symbol and wanted something unique. For example , a graduate pushing a mobile portable machine , waving goodbye in her gap and gown. Something like that but if that isn’t achievable something else that’s outstanding
