Create a design for Company brochure (booklet)

We are looking for someone who can a design a construction company brochure and it should be booklet. The total number of pages will be between 16-24 single sided A4 pages. The designer should be able to provide 3 sample designs so that we can choose one out of that. Ones the brochure design is completed, we will be redesigning the existing website.
