Create and design me an exchange form for my customers
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I'm looking for someone to design a return form with cartoon images explaining to customers how to exchange a suit.
- Instructions on the form.
1) Which item you need to exchange - Jacket | Waistcoat | Trousers
(ticket the items, you can tick each one if all are needed for an exchange)
2) Size required:
- You know the size you need, ...... Jacket (Box), Waistcoat (Box), trousers (Box)
- Not sure: I need 1-2-3 sizes up or Down.
3) pack the items that need changing with this form and send to this address:
More instructions will be provided when project awarded. Anyone with experience creating such forms will be selected.
