Create a business card for me.
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have a jpg file of a coat of arms. The picture needs to be enhanced and clarified. As you can see from the attached file, it is blurry and the colors need enhancing.
Then I would like it used as part of a business card, which I would also like designed.
