Create a brand guideline for me

I need a brand guideline containing various design elements such as color palette, typography, logo usage. I have existing logo and brand name elements that should be incorporated, but only certain design aspects should carry over from the current design. In addition to these fields, the brand guideline should include voice and tone and guidelines for the social media especially instagram. To ensure my brand is consistent across all platforms and mediums, I'm looking for a Freelancer to create this comprehensive brand guidelines document.
