Create blog post feature images using Canva
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I'm looking for someone who can help on a regular basis with creating feature images for blog posts that fit with our existing look and feel.
These must be created in Canva, as the original image is later adapted for other purposes, e.g. resizing it as a video thumbnail when the blog post is later repurposed as a short video.
It should be lively and vibrant, attract attention, be a positive reflection of the business and help engage people enough to click on it (e.g. to read the blog post, when the post is say shared on social media).
So you will get the title of the blog post, and it's then up to you to come up with a creative, inspiring, quality design using Canva that:
* Fits with the general look and feel of the other images used on the blog
* Uses an effective color scheme
* Reflects the title of the blog post
General guidelines are:
* Keywords to think about in creating a design are: bright, cheery, positive, inspiring, uplifting, fun, colorful
* Images should have high contrasting colors and the graphics should provide a relatively simple concept, loosely based around the title of the post in question
* Avoid the use of faceless avatars/icons (i.e. head and hair but no facial features)
* Use graphical elements only, not photographs
What I'm not looking for is a design that looks just like lots of different icons thrown on a page with no overall design consistency.
For each blog title, I will be looking for three different design options I can then choose from.
The chosen design then needs to be named a certain way to fit with our internal processes, shared with me on Canva for our future use, and forwarded to me via email as a jpeg and png image — you'll be provided with a process to follow each time.
I'm looking for a set rate per blog title, as indicated by the estimated budget. We publish on a weekly basis. After an initial trial period of doing one per week, we'll likely move to providing you with a month's worth of titles at once to work on (i.e. for the following month). I'm guessing we would therefore simply create repeat jobs for each title required.
I have attached some images that reflect the kind of style I'm looking for, the name of each image reflects the topic of the post.
