Create artwork/graphic design coloring in banner

We are looking for someone to design coloring in pictures for a coloring banner for kids, the banner is 72cm x 304cm and we require someone to have fresh ideas aswell as the ability to create various themes per banner. The pictures need to be clear enough for the kids to color in.
