Create 3 animated banners

I would need someone to create me 3 animated banners with the following conditions:
- 1 with size 300×250px, 1 with size 728×90px and 1 with size 160×600px
- banner format: png + editable psd
- all banners would need to have the text included 'Play online' and book adventures elements, for example knights, Indiana Jones, tombs, pyramids, monsters, labyrinths, etc...
