Create an advertising document to post in a magazine

We are releasing a new product and want to send a magazine a document to print on the back cover that will inform our customers about the new product. Currently i have a flyer with information on the product but it's 3 pages and lacks a bit of a professional punch and looks a little bit amateur. See the attached information.

There are several images that can be used to encompass as much of the information as possible.
