Create a Wireframe schematics for my educational platform web and app project

I am looking for a skilled individual or team to create wireframe schematics for my educational platform project. The wireframes should be designed for both web and app platforms. I have a detailed list of specific features and functionalities that I would like included in the wireframe schematics. The wireframes will need to cover more than10 to 20 pages/screens.
