Create Website Banner Ad Image

Am looking to have you create a (1) website ad image in four different sizes (250 x 300, 800 x 160, 1200 x 628, and 1920 x 1080). The "ad" image will have two different versions, the only difference between the versions is on version #2, you will add a 'Coming Soon' graphic. I have attached a mock design for both versions to get you started. I am looking for an eye-catching design as this is meant to be an "advertising" image to attract customers to seek more information about purchasing a product.
