Create a UI/UX Web Design

Whiplash is a Commercial & Creative house. We offer a mix of business and creative consultancy and services, as well as digital assets.
The name whiplash is based on the concept of combining business and creativity, and that coming together of two worlds and the contrasts between them.
We need 5 pages:
1: Home page with services listed and, links to join the mailing list and CTA buttons.
An intro paragraph at the top section that reads: Whiplash, a commercial and creative house. Commercial antidotes and creative elixirs for online brands.
There are two main services each with 4 sub-services under them. Commercial: Strategic Consulting, Mobile Marketing, Pitch decks & Presentations, Media. Creative: Creative Consulting, Sound Design, Creative writing, UI/UX}.
Home page to include a preview and links to the shop page and blog page.
2: Store page where we list Digital assets for sale and instant download after purchase. We will be selling Audio Jungles, Handbooks, Courses. We need the design to create a distinction between the respective types of items for sale. Each item will have details and a buy option selector attached to it. Details open a pop-up window with more details on the item, Buy option initiates a payment window, after complete the item downloads.
3: (3rd page for any additional work required for the store)
4: Blog page with links to social and comment sections
5: Contact page with links to social.

What kind of design do you want?
A minimalist design that captures the contrast between business and creativity. (Left and right brain). A business font and creative font. They need to be unique but compliment each other.
Good use of visuals (preferably not illustrated images but real people and imagery)
Including icons or abstract illustrations and designs could be useful for Creative sections.
Again we really want to capture the mix of commercial (business) and creative elements, coming together under one roof, and to carry that theme throughout the website in a way that feels genuine.
I have attached an example of what we would like the services section to look like - Commercial & Creative. We like the layout of the services section particularly but everything else needs work. (click index)
what color do you want ?
Off-white, black, off-black pastel colours - nothing bright (We are open to suggestions here).
The text is in a dark grey. Buttons in pastel colours.
