Create a Vertical Banner

I created the attached banner in Canva, but it needs to be in Illustrator (as it's coming up pixelated in places at the printer), and I just have no time to do it. It's a 33.5x78.7 banner (full size not attached because it was too big to attach). I have all the logo files and the exact dimensions it needs. I am going to hire sometime on the 1st or 2nd and need it to be completed by the 5th.
