Create Tech Pack for Clothing Line & Logo

I need a designer to turn my clothing design ideas into a tech pack so I can submit the designs to a manufacturing company. And a custom logo for the clothing line. I've attached ideas and inspiration for what I want to bring to life. I want to work hands on with the designer on this project and work with someone who has experience and is talented.
