Create a Tech Pack and Mockup for my T-Shirt design

I am looking for a skilled graphic designer to create a tech pack and mockup for my t-shirt design.

Type of T-Shirt Design:

- Vintage washed black t-shirt with my logo

Color Schemes:

- Vintage black + my logo colors

Tech Pack and Mockup Purpose:

- I need the tech pack and mockup for both manufacturing and marketing purposes

Ideal Skills and Experience:

- Strong graphic design skills
- Experience in creating tech packs and mockups for t-shirt designs
- Ability to work with specific color schemes
- Understanding of manufacturing and marketing requirements for t-shirt designs

The fabric needs to be 100% organic cotton. It needs to be 250 GMS.

The measurements needs to be oversized look.

I attached my logos.

I want the text logo on top right of the shirt.
The main logo will be centered in the back.
