Create Sky/Heaven Design for T-shirts

I would like a sky/Heaven design like the first image. Second image is to give a reference of the style I am going for. My logo, the “A” with fangs, will be placed on the sun in a silhouette. And the final product will feature my slogan in cursive. Looking for someone affordable and also with good communication.
