I would search a freelance graphic designer who would create a 5-6 page document that is a LeadMagnet/ white paper/ Checklist style. IMPORTANT: You would need to use Canva.com
I would provide the content and the style guide (colors, fonts). Also I will provide a 20-30 template (attached - do not copy or distribute) to be used. Therefore you could use the elements you think are most appropriate. Overall I think it would take 3-5 hours as I provide the template and the content.
In addition I will provide a former document as example and best practice example of a competitor. Thank you
