Create a HD SVG file with editable text (JPG complete mockup provided)

Hello,

We need a very HD SVG file for a badge of one of our product. Here are the technical specifications:
- Main file must be .svg vectored image in HD
- ALL texts inside the .svg file must be editable programatically (texts shall NOT be an image inside a SVG)
- We will provide you the background logo (Yucca tree) in AI file (must be in a slight transparent way, and its colors must be editable from the SVG file)
- You must also provide an EPS/AI editable file
- Here are the colors used in the logo :
* Blue : #1E5A98
* Orange: #DA8231
- You MUST use "Jost" font for the text (it's not the one used on the mockup), it's a free font available on Google Fonts
- Bottom text must be: "Application mobile partenaire pour la rémunération des recommandations digitales", not the one specified on the mockup
- Do NOT forget the small shadow (it's colored #1E5A98 with transparency) behind the badge
- The circle around the badge must be double-lined, just like the mockup (but a bit bigger)

This project will be validated once we can confirm all the texts are editable
