Create A Resturant Menu card from scanned Copy in German Language

Dear Freelancers,
please create a Menü Card from a scanned copy of Menü Card. The Print file is need in 30 Hours time. Currently it is 2 pages with 3 sections on each side and printed as a folded. All sections needs to be created as single pages and little bit enlargen and more space given, so that it can be changed to 10 Sections from those 6 sections. Then there is a small section on page three for allergies list, that needs to be written but seperately. The Menucard language is German but anyone can do, you just have to be careful by text transfer with spellings. The Designs needs to be changed a little bit, so that it is better readable. I have just this scanned file. I am uploading two files. One with Menu card and other with numbers. It is same but pdf with numbers have on page 3 and 4 the menu card again scanned without those changes that needs to be incorporated in original menu card.
I need it in about 30 Hours, as i have to provide it to some one else for printing Purpose.
