Create a Rainfall Chart for Printing

We want somebody to design an A4 sized rainfall chart using our company colour scheme, overlayed over some stock imagery and specific logos. Would like a few options and then somebody to provide the files in PDF and the editable file in whatever format it was created (e.g. Adobe for example). We will provide the logos and colours and rough design of elements. Freelancer will need to provide some fitting stock images, plus use graphic design to attractively design the document.
