Create Product Videos, Marketing Images & UI Design Assets
Budget: $750 – $1,500 CAD
Project Title
Create Product Videos, Marketing Images & UI Design Assets for printing.coop — Signs365-Style Trade Platform
Project Overview
printing.coop is building a trade-only wholesale e-commerce platform for grand-format print products (banners, signage, displays). We need a talented creative professional — or small team — to produce three categories of content that will power the platform at launch:
• How-to / product tutorial videos (similar to the Signs365 video library)
• Product photography and marketing images for the catalog
• UI/UX design mockups and graphic assets for the platform interface
The reference site is Signs365.com. We are not reproducing their content — we need equivalent, original content created for our own brand, products, and catalog.
What We Need
1. Tutorial & How-To Videos
Short-form instructional videos (1–5 minutes each) covering:
• How to set up and manage a trade account
• How to browse the product catalog and configure an order (size, material, quantity, finish)
• How to upload print-ready artwork (file types accepted, resolution requirements, bleed setup)
• How to review and approve a proof
• How to track an order and reorder from history
• How to manage saved payment methods and view invoices
Format: screen-recorded walkthroughs using a staging environment OR motion-graphic explainers. English and French versions required for each video. Subtitles/captions required.
2. Product Photography & Marketing Images
Static visual assets for the product catalog and homepage, including:
• Hero/banner images for the homepage and key landing pages
• Category thumbnail images (banners, posters, trade show displays, window graphics, etc.)
• Product lifestyle/context images showing finished print products in use (retail, trade show, office, outdoor environments)
• Material/finish swatch images for the product configurator
• Email header graphics for transactional emails (order confirmation, proof ready, invoice)
Style: clean, professional, B2B-appropriate. Think trade catalog, not consumer retail. Please share relevant portfolio samples with your bid.
3. UI/UX Design Mockups & Graphic Assets
The platform's frontend is being built in Next.js + Tailwind CSS. We need:
• A Figma design system: color palette, typography, spacing, component library (buttons, forms, cards, tables, badges)
• Full-page mockups for: homepage/login gate, product listing, product detail/configurator, cart, checkout, account dashboard, order history, artwork upload, video library
• Mobile and desktop breakpoints for all key screens
• Icon set and UI illustration assets (empty states, error states, onboarding steps)
• Banner/promotional graphic templates for the “What’s New” feed
Brand direction: printing.coop is a professional trade brand. Clean, trustworthy, functional — not flashy. Think B2B SaaS meets print trade catalog.
Deliverables & Format
Category Deliverable Format
Tutorial videos 6–8 videos (EN + FR) MP4, 1080p min, with SRT captions
Marketing images 30–50 images across all categories PNG/JPG, print-ready at 300 DPI where applicable
UI/UX design Full Figma file + exported assets Figma source + SVG/PNG exports
Skills & Experience Required
• Portfolio demonstrating B2B product videos, SaaS UI mockups, or trade/print industry visual content
• Figma proficiency (UI/UX track)
• Motion graphics or screen-recording experience (video track)
• Product/commercial photography or CGI rendering experience (image track)
• Bilingual English/French capability (for video voiceover and captions)
• Experience working from a technical brief and brand guidelines
You may bid on one, two, or all three categories. Please be explicit in your proposal about which categories you are covering.
How to Submit Your Bid
Please include the following in your proposal:
• Which category/categories you are bidding on
• Portfolio links or samples directly relevant to this project
• Your estimated timeline and number of deliverables per week
• Any questions or clarifications before you finalize your bid
Budget: Quoted per category. We prefer fixed-price bids with clear deliverable counts. Milestone payments tied to delivery batches.
