Create a Product Brochure/Magazine

Hi Freelancers,

I need to create a digital product portfolio for our wines to present to customers

Brochure have to be in line with our current website design www.thewinelot.sg

First of all I would need to be able to edit content myself, add picture, products, change text etc.
So basically what I need digital template for our brochure/magazine which I have to be able to create in PDF and send to customers. I would also like to be able to make it into print

Ideas:
- Front page with our logo and wine related photo/picture

Product pages:
Top of the page logo of producer
- Picture of the wine
- Product description
- Pricing

I have attached a few examples, but please feel free to come with your suggestions
