Create a Poster -- 2

Every year we create a poster for our sales goals. The past 2 years we created one with a rocket (file attached). This year we'd like to make the visual be more of a person climbing a mountain as we reach our goals. I am attaching an idea of our visual concept. We'd like a mountain with the goals and a mountain hiker made.
