Create Patient Information Booklet

I am looking for a talented individual to create a patient information booklet. This booklet will target patients as its primary audience, however some information may be directed towards medical professionals and care-givers. The desired length of the booklet is long, containing between 10-15 pages. It should be created in both print and digital format to maximize its reach. The right candidate will possess deep knowledge in medical topics, have experience creating similar booklets and be able to deliver within the agreed upon timeframe.
