Create a Mascot for my Company

I want a mascot - a cat or an owl to be created for my company. It has to be original and should have different variants. The color has to be in contrast with the logo that our company has. The logo has been attached. It should be attractive, cartoony, and must be relevant to studies and academics as my company works towards that.
