Create Logo and Banner Design

I am looking for a skilled graphic designer to create a unique logo and banner for my online presence.
budget is 100$ for both, freelancer have to submit at least 2 options to choose from, need to be delivered very soon

- Combining text and symbol creatively for the logo
- Colors to incorporate: blue and yellow
- Primarily for website usage, so design should be web-friendly
