Create an Info Graphic of Electrical Grid

n info graphic, exemplifying the Electrical grid of the USA (which has smaller distributions connected to larger distribution stations) as a back drop for an over lay of a "computer network" that has some interconnectivity between the some of those mentioned distribution stations. (so one style line for electrical wires, and one style line denoting network connectivity). Then at some points where the two lines merge (at the distribution station, a graphic sticker for an impact event (like a cyber hack, or major failure. That graphic sticker can be just added and moved around as needed.

Examples below of power grid lines... The goal is for the graphic to be used on a marketing slick... so more stylized eye candy, less of rigidness that the examples attached have.

The goal of the info, is to give an artistic view of the Electrical Grid with overlay points of data for impacting events. The label on the events will be small, or just made into a symbol. (but the accuracy of the location of the event, doesn't matter, its all for style points)
