Create 3 High-Converting Optin Pages Using Ontraport / Ontrapages

This project should be very easy for somebody who knows what they are doing.

I am looking for a freelancer who can create 3 different and unique high-converting optin pages using Ontraport/Ontrapages. The main goal of these optin pages is to generate leads. This is for the spirituality market specifically, so the pages must be beautiful and pleasing to the eye. Though you must have experience designing for the spirituality audience, I am open to the freelancer's creativity.

Required skills and experience for this job include:
- Proficiency in Ontraport / Ontrapages
- Experience in creating high-converting optin pages with Ontraport / Ontrapages
- Creativity in designing visually appealing and engaging optin pages
- You must include the word 'kindness' in your bid
- Experience designing optin pages for the spirituality audience
- Expert knowledge of conversion design specifically for direct response

Additional Details:
- The text for all three pages will be the same, and I will provide the text.
- The design / layout for each of the three pages should be widely varied
- You are only creating optin pages (not thank you pages or any other intermediary pages)
- Fields on the form: One field for Email Address, and two optional checkboxes
