Create Figma Prototype and Design System for Mobile app

I am looking for a skilled designer to create a Figma prototype and design system for my fintech mobile app. As my brand already has a logo and color scheme, I would like to incorporate those into the design. The app will not have too many screens and is targeted towards micro and small businesses in Latin America. The ideal candidate will have experience designing for mobile apps and a strong understanding of UI/UX design principles. Additionally, experience with branding and creating design systems is a plus. Overall, I am looking for a designer who can bring my vision to life and create a visually appealing and user-friendly mobile app.

Keep in mind that I have already a low fidelity mock up of the app. Where I need help is in creating the Figma prototypes and minor incremental design improvements.
