Create Engaging Fillable PDFs for Assignments

Need to create visually appealing fillable pdfs for assignments. We are a company who aim at upskilling youth through our in-house courses. We provide additional value to our participants by providing downloadable; these are made up of 2 parts the info downloadable which has info on that particular topic e.g. journaling and an accompanying worksheet. We need to design these for around 10-12 downloadable at the moment. So there is requirement for graphic design (according to our branding guidelines too) and making them fillable pdfs.

I'm looking for a talented designer to create engaging, fillable PDFs for our youth-focused assignments. The visual style should be youthful and vibrant to resonate with our target audience, and should incorporate our company branding elements. Knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage.
