Create Email Marketing campaigns and Content Writing for Customer Retention and Engagement

Our company is using MailChimp for email marketing purposes. The duties in this job include the following (but are not limited to):
1) To create marketing campaigns based on preset objectives.
2) Manage customer subscriber list and create content to engage our subscribers and convert them into customers
3) Make updates to content on the website to match our marketing objectives
4) Manage customer retention, improve retention by creating strategies for special offers, implementing those marketing strategies, measuring outcomes (in the form of performance metrics) and reporting.
5) Create strategic marketing objectives, execute those objectives and measure performance and results.
