Create Elderly-Friendly House Logo

I'm looking for a designer who can take our current logo and incorporate it into a house design for a newsletter. The primary aim of this new logo is for promotional use, so it needs to be catchy and appealing. The heart is our logo but the house with the heart is a similar concept to what we want. I am not good at design so anything we can do to make it look good for our newsletter.
