Create a Design for a web application for task management

You have to create a simple prototype for a web application for task management. There will be 4 to 5 modules you have to design and explain. You can use photoshop or any thing you are comfortable working with. just the layout of the app you have to give visualization and make a documentation for what the function will do. Use your creativity to design a working layout for task management app. Having good technical knowledge like how an app works and what the modules will do and able to explain the workings is a must.
