Create Decal Printing File

We are seeking a skilled designer to create a set of decals for a 2017 Ford Interceptor. This is not a full car wrap; instead, we need someone to design a file with precise cutting lines for our chosen decals.
Project Details:
You will create the design based on the photo of the vehicle provided (attached in this post).
The design must be optimized for print and cutting, ensuring easy application on the vehicle.
We already have a clear idea of what we want; this should be a straightforward job for the right designer.
Requirements:
Experience in vehicle decal design.
Familiarity with creating files suitable for printing and cutting (vector formats preferred).
Attention to detail and accuracy in following instructions.
