Create Business Cards for Brand

I represent a electronics company based in the USA. I am looking to create a business card with contact information on the front and on the back a graphic (we will provide) of our product with a QR code on it's screen.
Its simple and straight forward! We just need a designer to implement the QR code onto the screen, as well as create a unique design for the other side.
