Create an e-Book template

I have created content to turn into an e-book that includes a step by step checklist on starting up your own business - thinking it will be around 10 pages including a cover, about us, steps to follow and contact page to conclude. I'd like to be able to edit, insert additional content so a template style would be ideal, and I can provide my brand colours and instagram details to help guide with style etc.
