Cover for Spotify single - Alternative Rock

Hi there,
My name is TC, I'm about to release the first music single of a new project I'm working on.
I need a cover for this single that will be featured on Spotify and all the other streaming platforms.
I'm looking for an artist that is able to capture the spirit of my music proposal and translate it into an interesting image.
I want to cover to be a full art design creation - like a painting. By that, what I mean is that I don't want to include any pictures (so there will be no raw material to work with other than your talent).
In terms of how this is going to look like, I'm passionate about street art, especially Banksy, but also like Escher, Dali, Van Gogh and pop art.
I'm looking for something that plays a little bit with logic and reality.
I have a mood board and also can give a more detailed brief.
