Cover design and book formatting for children's picture book.

Hello! I have the words, and I have the illustrations, now I just need your help putting them together for my children's book. I need the cover of my children's picture book to be designed, as well as the layout/formatting of all interior pages. The book is a 32 page children's picture book, 8x8inch format. Ideal candidate will have experience formatting children's picture book, and bonus if you have experience with Ingram Spark. Thanks!
