Corporate Event Photography Needed
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m arranging professional coverage for an upcoming corporate event and need an experienced event photographer who can focus on the most important part of the day: the speeches and formal presentations. The venue will have stage lighting and a live audience, so you’ll need to be comfortable working in mixed-light conditions and able to move discreetly around the room without interrupting the flow of the program.
Here’s what I’m after:
• Complete photographic coverage of all speeches and presentation segments, capturing both the speakers on stage and the audience’s reactions.
• A balanced mix of wide, medium, and close-up shots that feel natural yet polished.
• Post-production editing and color correction, delivered as high-resolution JPEGs plus a web-ready set for internal communications.
Optional moments such as networking or posed group shots aren’t a priority, but if you can grab a few candid frames before or after the formal program, that’s a bonus.
Final images should be delivered within one week of the event via a shared cloud folder.
