Corporate Annual Report Graphic Design

I'm looking for an experienced graphic designer to create a professional and corporate-styled design for an approximately 40-page PDF document. This document will serve as an annual report.

(A) This document will be supplied in a Microsoft Word format that will include the following:
1. Infographics
2. Graphs/Charts/Figures
3. References
4. Text (Content)

(B) The following will be provided:
1. Stock imagery and stock photography that need to be used in the report.
2. A sample report design template that needs to be followed and copied.
3. Necessary Logos

(C) Guidelines:
1. Follow the design template carefully to achieve text alignment.
2. Follow the design template carefully to achieve page numbers.
3. Follow the design template carefully to achieve colours for graphs/charts/figures.
4. Colours used in Graphs, Charts, Figures and Infographics will be Soft Red and Light Grey.

(D) Ideal skills and experience:
1. Proven graphic design experience, particularly with corporate documents
2. Strong understanding of brand adherence
3. Proficiency in creating and incorporating infographics and other visual elements
4. Experience with designing annual reports would be a significant advantage
5. Excellent attention to detail.
