Copying a graphic from an old tshirt to a new one

Hi, I'm looking at trying to print a picture from an old tshirt onto a new one, as the old tshirt is very old and ripped but the graphic is still OK if a bit faded.

Would you be able to print one tshirt with the design and what is the best way to get a copy of the design to you, as i can only really take a photo of the old tshirt?

Also, is a new print safe to iron without smudging/melting?
